What Planoora costs: Store fees, app fees and the €0 month
No surprise SaaS bill on quiet months. 0% platform fee on your Store link. You pay when Planoora brings a booking from the app.
Booking tools usually charge you twice: a monthly software fee whether you are busy or not, and a fat commission when a marketplace sends a client you might have already known. Planoora splits those on purpose.
Early partners get the Store with no monthly software subscription for a limited time. Full calendar, staff, resources, events, payments, offers, notifications, analytics. You are not paying €35+ every month for the right to exist in the product.
0% when they book from your link
Clients who already follow you should not make Planoora expensive. Bookings from your own Planoora Store link have 0% Planoora platform fee. Put that link in Instagram, Google, the door QR, the email signature. That is your owned channel.
This is the opposite of salon marketplaces that take 20 to 35% of booking value even on regulars. Keep your people on the Store link.
A fee only when the app brings the client
When someone finds you in the Planoora consumer app and books there, a transparent platform fee applies. It is shown upfront. You choose who pays: you, the client, or a split, depending on how you set the Store.
On a €100 booking, that model is built to stay far below a typical ~€22 marketplace cut. Exact tiers live on the pricing page. The rule of thumb is simple: discovery has a fee, your own link does not.
Payments, not another hidden rent
Card, Apple Pay, cash, deposits, Planoora tokens: you pick what the Store accepts. Stripe Express for in-app card payments is a small monthly add-on when you enable it (€2), not a second full SaaS product.
Deposits and holds are how you protect peak hours. They are not a Planoora tax. They are your policy, collected in the same checkout as the booking.
How to think about cost this year
If most of your diary is regulars, your Planoora cost should stay close to zero while you replace WhatsApp. If you want new faces, turn on app visibility and treat the fee as customer acquisition, not as rent on your existing list.
Founding partner access is €0 subscription with all features. Read the live numbers on planoora.com/pricing before you compare a “cheap” widget that still bills you every month.
FAQ
Is there a monthly fee after the founding period?
Paid subscriptions start after the early window. The product is still designed around fees on app-originated bookings, not around taxing your Store link.
Do I pay on event tickets and stays too?
Same rule: Store link 0% Planoora platform fee, app-originated bookings follow the published fee. Ticket and stay types are not a separate surprise product.
